The Community Nursing Care initiative by Support Ready specifies the importance of health for our NDIS clients and what is necessary to become independent through nursing support.

Under the NDIS community nursing program, our clients are educated and trained to have a watchful eye on their health while providing advice and treatment with topics surrounding medication, hygiene, disability and other supportive services.

Our Community Nursing Care services is a considered approach for participants with specific individual support needs, which includes:

Restricted communication skills
Developing treatment plans and setting up medication
General nursing care and support
Behavioural support needs
Post hospital-care support or in-home individualised care
Education for NDIS clients families and their supportive network
